An artist uses sunlight and a magnifying glass to burn drawings into wooden canvases

Artist Michael Papadakis literally burns his drawings onto a wooden canvas using sunlight.

He uses a magnifying glass to refract and reflect sun rays on a very specific spot on the wooden surface.

One piece of artwork takes between 1 to 30 hours to make.
